I don't think this looks rushed, I like it. And I like that she has a Toriyama/DBZ-esque face. Are the characters in Chrno Trigger drawn like that, or did you just go with what you wanted here? Very nice.

Shredder and Krang are totally married. Examples--

"Shredder! When are you going to get me a body?!"
"Shredder! You promised me a body!"

And Shredder always says he'll work on it after he defeats the Turtles. Krang is so his wife.
